Chief Engineer
Complete Building Services is currently seeking a Chief Engineer to join our Integrated Facilities Maintenance Team to support a financial institution located in Washington, DC with a global presence in more than 140 countries.
This Chief Engineer will be supported by a small team and is a walking and working role.
Your role will include the following duties:
Provide Quality Control services for the work of subordinates and subcontractors to ensure maximum efficiency, economy, and quality of work performedPerform diagnostic and repairs on building systemsPerform HVAC, plumbing, electrical and life safety system repairsPerform light carpentry and painting Prepare work schedulesMaintain records and prepare required reportsCoordinate and schedule maintenance and repair workExcellent written and verbal communication skills You Should Have The Chief Engineer shall possess the following minimum
Qualifications:
This position requires a DC Third Stationary License Other qualifications would include:
