Program Analyst

As a Program Analyst, you will:
Serves as the DOE Program Manager for HSPD-12 compliant Identity Credentials from the USAccess service provider. Coordinates and manages deployment and maintenance of HSPD-12 Identity Credentials throughout DOE. Serves as the liaison to the DOE program elements and field locations for the deployment of the GSA USAccess Program within DOE. Reviews and provides guidance to DOE Program and Field Elements on USAccess procedures and plans Serves as the DOE liaison to the GSA USAccess Program. Reviews, comments, provides guidance and feedback on USAccess procedures and plans. Participates in GSA interagency coordination groups. Coordinates, collects, and disseminates new policy requirements and standards associated with HSPD-12/ICAM. Participates in interagency standards, deployment, and guidance groups for the HSPD-12/ICAM program. Coordinates with other federal agencies on polices, practices & requirements as well as implementation issues and strategies for the HSPD-12/ICAM program. Serves as the DOE ICAM Badge and Credentialing Program Manager. Manages and Coordinates DOE ICAM Badge & Credentialing Work Group efforts. Serve as the Chairman for the DOE HSPD-12 Badge & Credentialing Work Group under the DOE ICAM IPT. Coordinates and serves as liaison with the OCIO for HSPD-12/ICAM related activities. Develops and provides guidance for DOE ICAM PIV and advises DOE non-USAccess PIV-I Program documents and policy. Supports the Office of the Associate Under Secretary for Environment, Health, Safety, and Security (AU) cyber security activities as they may relate to USAccess functions and processes. Contributes to hardware and software evaluation needs for the Office as well as assisting in the determination process of what user requirements for design, modification or consolidation of AU data reporting systems may be required or recommended. Recommends modification of content data and reporting requirements for consistent and standardize data element definitions for AU reporting systems as they may apply to USAccess operations/needs. Experience assisting with the administration of a compliant security program and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. Knowledge of credentialing in physical and logical access control systems. Knowledge of standard administrative practices and procedures to analyze work processes and to identify, analyze, and recommend solutions to problems with respect to organizational structure, administrative procedures or work processes Knowledge of administrative analysis methods and techniques to conduct comprehensive reviews for determining the most efficient administrative systems and procedures required to support mission activities Ability to gather, assemble, correlate, and analyze problems and factual data; draw sound conclusions; and make recommendations. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
