As a GS-0343-14 Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Conduct workforce studies and projects that address the ability to recruit and retain the best talent to meet the mission and objectives. Advise on policies, practices and programs to improve program efficiency by identifying, proposing, and devising new organizational structures, realignment of functions, staffing levels, etc., to support position management goals. Advise senior management on the various components of an organizational change package and leads the planning and execution of organizational structure and development initiatives. Serve as the OCIO Training Coordinator responsible for the administration of the Department's training and career enhancement programs and the OCIO Drug Testing POC initiating required guidance and communication for testing positions. Provide consultative and advisory services to develop OCIO administrative operating procedures and guidelines. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS A qualified candidate's online application must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal Service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as:
Planning and conducting projects and studies that efficiently and effectively impact the administrative management and work processes. Providing advice and counsel to management officials on human capital objectives and functions for program improvement. Handling confidential and personnel-related sensitive information, and guidance to management in sensitivities impacting employees. Advising program officials on conflicts with proposals and policies providing alternatives to resolve technical difficulties. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
