As a Supervisory Management and Program Analyst, you will:
Manage internal controls evaluations for the Office of Nuclear Energy and other compliance activities in accordance with Department of Energy, Office of Management and Budget, and Government Accountability Office oversight programs. Plan and manage the overall financial management activities for department programs. Supervise a staff of program and budget analyst. Coordinate the tracking, review, and approval of corrective actions in response to audits. Direct the Office of Nuclear Energy's policy and program inputs into Department of Energy's strategic plans and management systems. Oversee the Office of Nuclear Energy's Headquarters' procurement activities, including small and disadvantaged business contracting. SPECIALIZED
Experience:

Specialized experience for this position is defined as leading or facilitating the overall program or project goals and objectives for a department or program; and conducting or facilitating qualitative and quantitative analysis or studies to evaluate the effectiveness of the overall budget operations for a program, project, or business process and advising program managers and senior level officials on strategies of improvement. Knowledge to provide direction, review, evaluation, advice, and guidance on NE budget, performance measurement, contracts, procurement and, and other matters of an administrative nature. Skill in analyzing and communicating program plans and advise management on organizational policies/procedures. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
