RCM Technologies is seeking engineers with 10
years of experience in applying Radio Frequency (RF) engineering principals to support analysis and process support for legacy and emerging spectrum dependent technologies and project management experience.
Position requires understanding of a wide variety of spectrum dependent systems including radars, communications, data links, and SATCOM.
The work will require the review of RF technical information for a wide-range of system types to analyze/evaluate system performance against both DOD and National standards.
Responsibilities will include technical review of emerging spectrum technologies, coordination and deconfliction of Navy operations in dense electromagnetic environments, development and review of policies and procedures, and finally coordination both nationally and internationally.
Role will focus on supporting Navy program offices through licensing and operation of RF dependent equipment.
IND-SIA Minimum Requirements:
Possess an engineering degree from an accredited university or college, and is preferred to have 10
years' experience with applying the principles of the performance of the Radio Frequency Engineering analysis.
Requires Secret clearance Preferred
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the either the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) or the National Telecommunications and Information Administration (NTIA) system certification process Knowledge of any of the following softwares:
Spectrum Certification System (SCS), Equipment Location Certification Information database (EL-CID), Spectrum XXI, Host Nation Spectrum Worldwide Database Online (HNSWDO), or Stepstone Experience with Identify Friend or Foe (IFF) equipment or standards World Radio Conference Support Development of Spectrum related standards and policies.
