Responsibilities:
Should possess architectural knowledge in Siebel CRM, Open UI etc.
Should be strong in Siebel Scripting, Open UI and troubleshooting.
Experience on Siebel CRM customization & application administration.
Experience on fine tuning Oracle DB queries, including recommendations for creating indexes, suggesting better performing alternatives Knowledge on using SQL query plan, monitoring db statistics Knowledge of Siebel data model and fine tuning configurations, scripts, workflow, including recommending alternate design Experience in fine tuning HTML/JS/Brower frameworks to improve UI performance, including fine tuning web servers Experience in capturing statistics on app server, web server, browser, remote machines, etc.
to identify performance issues Correlating performance issues with fixes needed in Siebel objects, long running queries, DB changes, etc Knowledge of best practices on database, application server, web server and browser and providing hands-on recommendations/solutions for achieving the same.
