In this exciting position you will:
o Carry out the dressbarn mission in your storeo Supervise and manage all aspects of the store operations to maximize saleso Implement visual standards and directiveso Train and develop associates in all phases of store business including operations, merchandising and sales training, but most importantly how to achieve personal sales excellence and provide exceptional customer experienceso Motivate, recognize and reward sales associates and management teamo Encourage and share faster, better and more efficient business ideaso Continuously network and recruit passionate associates, dedicated to exceeding customer expectations and achieving personal sales excellence ando Leading by example!dressbarn is a unique blend of a public company and a family-run business.

Requirements Proven track record of effective management skills (at least 3-5 years with retail apparel)Ability to grow sales by engaging your team and motivating them to perform at their best in order to achieve comp sales goals and profit goalsAbility to increase business through recruiting and developing store associatesExceptional Customer Service skills requiredAbility to network and participate in community outreach to promote the brandStrong organization skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environmentAvailable to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and holidays is required.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
