The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Create Reports from the Crystal Reports platform out of the ServiceNow ITSM tool
Willingness to travel to DC
Perform other duties as required
The Reports Developer must have the following skills:
Perform requirements elicitation, feature design, & feature development.
Possess strong communication skills & a team player.
Knowledge of Database & OS Server platforms.
Strong communication & presentation skills.
Strong organization & time management skills.
Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
The ideal Reporting Analyst would have the following skills:
Worked in a Help Desk organization
ITIL v3, Agile, Six Sigma, ISO, HDI, Quality Assurance, PMP or IT certifications.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management or equivalent
The Reporting Analyst must meet the following
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field
5-7 years of IT industry experience
