As a key member of ViaSat's fast-paced Software Development team, you will use your talents to design, code and unit test web based network management software for a Satellite based Mobile Broadband System. Responsibilities include frontend UI design and backend server and database design.
Requirements
4
years' experience developing scalable enterprise applications using Java/J2EE and other web-based technologies
Proficiency in web-based UI development
Good understanding of database technologies
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferences
Experience with NoSQL databases
Experience with GWT/Javascript
Understanding of networking protocols and technologies
Proficiency with the Linux Operating System
Experience with User Interface design including mockups and prototyping
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
US Citizenship Preferred
