Team Member Focused on giving each customer a great experience, restaurant Team Members can offer service and hospitality everywhere in the restaurant, including front and back of house and in the drive-thru.

Postion:
Manager As Team Members demonstrate a proven ability to lead in the restaurant's quick-paced environment, there may be an opportunity for them to move into a management role.
Supporting the business by communicating, tracking, training and coaching all Team Members, the Restaurant Manager might be a mid-level leadership position that typically leads a full shift or day-part.
In addition to leading other Team Members, Restaurant Managers are often committed to showing hospitality to and serving the customers.
