In this role, you will be part of a team that assembles, tests and packages JumpLights products.

00 am - 4:
30 pm plus occasional overtime, 30 min lunch and 2 breaks Reports to Production Manager Required Skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow assembly instructions and test procedures.
Proficient in using hand tools and measuring instruments.
Solid communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Technical degree or certification in a related field is a plus.
Ability to lift 40 pounds.
Duties and Responsibilities Ensure that all parts used in the assembly process are excellent quality.
Follow procedures and instructions to assemble printed circuit boards and mechanical elements of JumpLights products to produce high quality sub-assemblies and finished products.
Follow test procedures to test products and record test results.
Participate in incoming and final product quality control and inspections.
Organize and store incoming materials.
Organize and store work in process and finished products.
Package products for shipment.
Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
Comply with JumpLights non-discrimination and anti-harassment policy.
Offer new ideas and suggestions that could help advance quality and productivity.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.
Sign in when you enter the work environment and sign out if you leave the facility.
Compensation and Benefits Hourly employee with pay rated based on experience and capability.
7 fixed and 2 floating Holidays.
