Job Description We are looking to fill entry-level positions in our Bread Baking department.
You are going to get proper training from our professional bakers who know the ins and outs of handcrafting high-quality artisanal organic breads.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join our ever-growing bakery! You do not need previous experience in the baking industry, just strong motivation and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
As a Full-Time Baker in the bread department, you will be responsible for:
Working in a team environment to follow recipes and standard operating procedures Maintaining tools and personal hygiene to ensure food safety and quality standards Preparing flour and other ingredients by hand or assisted with commercial bakery equipment Shaping dough to bake different types of bread Operating commercial bakery equipment such as commercial ovens, loaders, dough mixers, proofers Working quickly to ensure production targets are met Hours For this position, you must have open scheduling availability to work any day of the week 2:
