PART TIME OPERATIONS CONSULTANT - DEPARTMENT OF ENERGY
Subject Matter Expert (SME) supports NVE's proposal for the upcoming Department of Energy Facilities Logistics contract at Department of Energy HQ at 1000 Independence Ave., Washington, DC as well as DOE office at 19901 Germantown Road, Germantown, MD. The contract performs the following critical functions:
Facilities management; operations; preventative/corrective maintenance and repairs, to include any necessary labor, tools, and equipment; Service calls Minor alterations Warehouse receiving and delivery Equipment management Moving and transportation The SME must have had direct work experience with the incumbent contractor performing on existing contract or as former civil servant. The SME will hold specific knowledge of:
Facility requirements at DOE HQ and the Forestall Building Customer concerns and hot buttons. Unique operating issues at locations. The SME reports directly to the NVE capture manager.
