Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the floral department, including ordering, stocking, and maintaining inventory - Create and design floral arrangements for various occasions, such as weddings, funerals, and holidays - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and answering any questions they may have - Oversee the care and maintenance of all live plants and flowers in the department - Ensure the department is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times - Collaborate with other departments to create cross-promotional displays and events - Utilize e-commerce platforms to promote and sell floral products online - Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently Requirements:
- Previous experience in floral design or a related field is required - Strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral arrangements - Proficient in English; multilingual skills are a plus - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment - Basic math skills for retail calculations and cash handling - Knowledge of garden care and landscape maintenance is preferred As a Floral Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your creativity and passion for floral design while providing exceptional customer service.
