Some other core qualifications are excellent interpersonal skills and ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Monitor patient satisfaction regarding the patients' needs, company policies, and regulated standards Present treatment plans and clearly communicate the benefits of accepting treatment recommendations Confidently present fee and payment options on patients' financial contract arrangements Oversee the billing and status of claims processing Follow up with parents and patients on remaining account balances; prepare and send statements for collection Answer inbound calls from the queue and make outbound calls to parents and patients Schedule and reschedule appointments for patients according to the doctor's schedule Verify orthodontic insurance benefits and contact patients regarding insurance concerns Post payments to patients' accounts Ensure all reports are completed accurately and sent to the appropriate department by the deadline Work with the Assistant to manage the supply inventory and identify ways to streamline any inefficiencies with the ordering process Email us your resume and contact information and we will call you to setup an appointment for your personal interview.
