MLM HOME IMPROVEMENT LLC Sales Representative Sales Department - Germantown, MD - Full Time MLM Home Improvement is looking for a goal-oriented sales representative with highly developed interpersonal skills to build relationships with prospective clients.
The qualified individual will be an integral part of our sales team and can strategize and communicate effectively with co-workers and clients alike.
The Responsibilities Presenting MLMs services to new and established clients Meeting sales goals; daily, weekly, and monthly Achieving daily metrics including generating leads and scheduling appointments Utilizing sales techniques by providing the necessary information for clients to make an informed decision Develop an effective pipeline of clients and offer new opportunities or promotions Qualifying a client for an appointment based on availability, need and interest level Manage and update client data in the CRM system Collaborate effectively with all team members and ensure understanding of all products and services offered The Qualifications Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills Ability to work both independently and collaboratively High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates/Bachelors Degree preferred One year of relevant sales experience, construction, and marketing highly preferred Proficient computer skills and general knowledge of data entry Valid Drivers license required iPad/Tablet is required own or purchase through the company The Benefits Health, Dental and Vision Paid Time Off (56 Hours Annually w/ Carryover Options) Sick Leave (40 hours annually) 401K with a 4% Match and 100% vested Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company vehicleLOCATION:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
