We are looking for a friendly and motivated individual to join our team.
Duties:
Give prompt, efficient, and accurate service; processes all member transaction requests.
Open new membership and performs maintenance on accounts including IRAs and business accounts.
Council and educate members on financial matters and available products/services offered.
Use tack and experience-based knowledge to research and resolve member inquiries with professionalism.
Provide member technical assistance for online, mobile & telephone banking, Bill Payment, and other eServices.
Provide coverage to all Branches, Germantown, Silver Spring, and Rockville.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Previous customer service experience preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
