Qualifications:
Proven customer support service experience Familiarity with CRM systems and practices Excellent communication skills Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively Must pass a criminal background check Education Requirements:
HS diploma or equivalent Bi-lingual in Spanish is a PLUS but not necessary! Job Type:
