In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring a one-of-a-kind dealership experience for our service department customers.
This entry level position is a foundation for growth opportunities within the EuroMororcars family.
In this role, you'll be:
Responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service appointments Repair statuses and customer assistance Service-oriented and believe in providing world class service to every call you take Understanding in the importance of being an active listener and empathetic when speaking to customers Having a positive, can-do attitude that the customers can hear in your voice Experience with phone, computer (Excel spreadsheets), customer relations required Prior automotive call center experience and stable employment history is helpful, but not required In this role, you'll need:
Excellent communication skills with both customers and co-workers Prior customer service, retail, sales, sales/Service BDC, receptionist experience preferred High school diploma or equivalent (GED) Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policy documents, as well as converse comfortably with customers To be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug test) This is a FULL-TIME position.
The ideal candidate will be able to work the following schedule:
MON, TUE, THU & FRI:
10am - 7pm WED:
OFF Saturdays:
8am - 4pm Job Type:
