The interim Director will be offered a 13-week contract with the option to extend or convert into the full-time, direct hire, permanent position.
The Interim Hospital Director of Pharmacy will lead a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Techs for the hospital's inpatient pharmacy department.
Responsibilities of the Interim Hospital Pharmacy Director include overseeing day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, staffing, payroll, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
If the Interim Pharmacy Director Pharmacy is not interested in converting to the permanent, full time position, then the Interim Director Hospital Pharmacy will support the health system with identifying, interviewing, and training the Hospital's permanent Director of Pharmacy Services.
The Interim Director of Hospital Pharmacy will work in a suburb of Maryland, just north of Washington DC.
