Summary:
Design and support hardened electronic products for Wabtec Railway Electronics (WRE), a leading supplier of technology-based products and services for the rail and transit industries.
Essential Job Functions/
Responsibilities:
Develop hardened electronic products including:
Independently research, define, design, analyze, simulate and validate new electronic products for the railroad industryDevelop customer support documentationInvestigate product failuresAnalyze failures, Document corrective action, Write failure reportsFactory SupportAutomate factory tests including data collection & analysisResolve production issuesMaintain product throughout its life cycleFollow WRE ISO development process
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or Computer Engineering.
5-10 years experience in electronic product development.
Design experience with microprocessors and other electronic components.
Working knowledge of C, Labview & Python programming languagesHigh degree of attention to detail.
Knowledge of electrical, software and mechanical interactionsExperience with Linux and Real Time Operating SystemsAbility to apply knowledge effectively towards solving real problems.
Effective oral and written communication skills; ability to articulate clearly and concisely.
Self motivated, quick learner, results-oriented and a clear focus on quality.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
