A Sparks Group Partner is seeking a Senior Embedded Software Engineer to join their team developing embedded software for real time control and operation of a biological measurement device.
This position is 100% remote; however, they do prefer someone local who can come onsite when needed.

Design, develop, and debug embedded software using C and C## Conduct investigation studies to understand firmware behaviorSupport software QA following Medical Device Software Life Cycle ProcessProvide post production supportInterface with hardware design and developmentWrite relevant design and test documentation Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field5
years of experience in embedded software engineeringHands-on development and troubleshooting experience on embedded targetsSoftware engineering with Python experienceStrong Bluetooth experience, preferred BLE on Nordic platformsExperience with other wired and wireless communication protocols:
USB, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, etc.
Hands-on system bring-up, testing, and troubleshooting on embedded targetsBackground in using lab equipment including logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multi-meters, etc.
