Solve challenges w/ harsh outdoor environmnts, high power electronics & advanced packgng desgns.
Participate in full product life cycle from Concept Industrial Design, Thrml & Strctral Analysis, Dvlpmnt, Prototyping, Testing, Production Release & ongoing Production Support.
Lead dvlpmnt projects, conduct desgn reviews & prfrm required mechanical analysis.
REQ:
Mstr's degree in Mechanical Engrng or closely rltd field & 6 mnths' exp in Electronic Packaging OR Bchlr's degree in Mechanical Engrng or closely rltd field & 5 yrs' exp in Electronic Packaging.
Exp must incld 6 mnths in each of the foll:
3-D CAD Systems to include CREO/Windchill, thermal analysis & structural analysis & high volume & low volume design techniques (including plastics, die castings, extrusions, sheet metal & elastomers).
